LCMGV Board Officers and Chairpersons Annual Planning Meeting
You are invited on Monday, August 24, 2026 to the LCMGV August Board Meeting to plan and prepare for the 2026 – 2027 year. All Chairs & Officers are requested to attend. We will discuss calendar plans, reports, budget, reimbursements procedure, extension office requests, logging hours, + more!!!
Meeting is 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Location: IRMO BRANCH LIBRARY – MUNGO ROOM .
Time: Committee Chairs needed 10 a.m. (through lunch) around 12:30. Board Chairs & Officers till 2 p.m.
Lunch: Lunch is provided for the meeting in appreciation of your service! We are ordering from Yummy Creations and need your selection by August 19th for order arrangements. (If you are unable to attend, please make a note at the bottom of the survey. Note on any special dietary requirements can be listed here as well.) If you select not to have lunch, there is an option of “No Lunch Thanks! I’ll bring my own”.
Standing Committee Chairs, Officers, & Board Chairs, are needed until 2:00 p.m. August 24th. (This includes Board/Standing Chairs: Patti, Richenda, Karen, Jackie, Cindy, Anita Blake, Mary Jane, and Officers: Imogene, Melody, Betty, Laura, & Susan.) August board meeting will be held immediately following lunch.
